Service Description

Holistic nutrition provides services within the scope to help people achieve their wellness goals related to their nutrition. Including working with health care providers, negativing the health case system, creating nutrition goals tailor to each person’s needs and wants. The free consultation is to ensure the services are a good fit for the individual. Sessions are offered both in-person or online. In-person sessions are held at the Sage Center in La Grande. In-person sessions are offered Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat 9am-5pm. Online sessions are offered Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, please let me know if you would line an in-person or online session.
