Service Description

Meditation is a practice using techniques such as mindfulness, breath work, or focusing the mind to train attention, awareness, to aid in achieving mentally clarity, and stabilize emotions. Mediation can be done through a wide range of approaches. Sessions will start with exploring which type of meditation best meets the individual’s needs. Followed by teaching the individual how to create a daily meditation routine tailored to their lifestyle. Sessions are offered both in-person or online. In-person sessions are held at the Sage Center in La Grande. In-person sessions are offered Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat 9am-5pm. Online sessions are offered Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, please let me know if you would line an in-person or online session. Workshops may be available please contact me for workshop information.
