Service Description

A Sound Bath is an immersive full-body listening experience using sound to invite powerful therapeutic and restorative processes. I use crystal singing bowls during sound baths, each crystal bowl plays a note associated with a charka. Using the singing bowls energy channels are cleared and restored to a natural state. Sessions are offered both in-person held at the Sage Center in La Grande. Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat 9am-5pm. Workshops may be available please contact me for workshop information.
